Swedish DJ/producer, John Astericks teams up with Norwegian glamour-bombshell Linni Meister alongside Alex "Angelheart" and Isabella and made this 2008 Dance/Club-cover version of the Band Aid Christmas hit from 1984. Dancers/extras include models from Starlet by Ravensborg management.

John AstericksJohn Astericks is the alias of the swedish musicproducer/artist/DJ, Olle Johanson, now located in Norway. Apart from his company productions / co-works and event solutions for Beatlock Entertainment, his own songs, remixes and themes have been streamed throughout clubs, radio, parties and Internet channels successfully for 2 years. With singles such as "Swimmingpool" in 2007 and "Movin Up" in 2008, he is patiently building his bridge to the commercial scene. John Astericks is currently promoting his single and video for "Do They Know It's Christmas" as well as producing material for new projects, where the first single is planned to be released early in 2009.

Glam Aid
Linni MeisterLinni Meister is one of Norways most popular glamour models and the FHM regular bombshell. She has enjoyed a lot of fame in Norway and is more or less a household name, when talking about glamour models. She has appeared on television shows, in magazines, red carpet events and music videos.
She is no stranger to the music scene. She released the cover version of "Survivor" last year as a publicity stunt to promote the Norwegian "Survivor 2007" - show. The single flopped, but was in other ways a stroke of genius, since it achieved it's goal and got people to watch the show. Linni's voice has been compared to The Chipmunks, The Smurfs and even as "being on helium".
This version of "Do They Know It's Christmas", let Linni use the lower end of her vocal range, proving that while she does have a voice that belongs in the higher end of the vocal range, she is able to sing in parts of the lower range as well.

Alex "Angelheart"Her full name is Alexandra Faustina Engelhardt, but for international purposes she keeps it easy to remember. She is a sweet and fun girl who loves to laugh and travel. She is completely new to the glamour - and music scene, but has already landed her first pages in FHM as their high street honey and also recorded the single, within the same month.
She is expected to have a bright future as a glamour model, if she chooses to pursue it. She would love to be a cover girl and also is interested in getting a full spread in Maxim, American and English FHM and all of the other prestigious men's magazines. At the moment she is just having fun and is not thinking too much about it.
IsabellaAllthough she has an easy name to remember, she has chosen to use only her middle name as her artist name, as to not confuse her professional with her personal life.
Primarily Isabella is a nurse and has little or no interest in doing modelling. She is more into the music. She has a spectacular voice, and even though her heart lies with Hip Hop and R'n'B she doesn't mind branching out and trying just about any kind of musical style.
She originally appeared as back-up singer, Princess Harmony, in the Norwegian Pop - and Rap group Flava To The Bone, who enjoyed a lot of success in Norway, during the 90'ies.
Before this she had been in musicals such as "The Sound Of Music" with Norwegian Pop sensation Sissel Kyrkjebø (who might be better known internationally as the Opera singer who did the solo on Warren G's "Prince Igor")
At the moment Isabella has been offered to do vocals on two more songs by Swedish DJ and producer John Astericks. Nothing is definite at the moment, but it is possible that we might hear more from her in the future.
